How long can workers stay?
From a few weeks to several months. Stays can be extended or shortened as your project changes.
What does it cost?
We charge one all-in price per bed, which depends on location, number of beds and length of stay. Send us your needs and we reply with a clear quote.
What exactly is included?
A furnished bedroom, use of the shared kitchen and bathrooms, energy, water, wifi and maintenance. Anything extra is agreed upfront in the quote.
How many people share a room?
Rooms have one or two beds. Tell us your preference and we plan the houses around it.
Can you house a whole team together?
Yes, where houses are available we keep teams together under one roof or in nearby houses.
Who do we rent from?
The agreement is with your company or agency. Your workers do not sign individual leases.
What if something breaks?
Workers or their coordinator report it to us and we arrange the repair as quickly as possible.
